All designs created by Nuvix Design remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive the rights to use the designs as per the agreement.
Nuvix Design shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
We reserve the right to terminate services if a client fails to comply with these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the new terms.
